Literary Hub is hiring a Senior Editor to launch and manage a new vertical, a specialized section of their website, in Spring 2027.
This role involves shaping the editorial direction, standards, and workflows from the ground up.
The vertical will cover all genres of books published annually, including fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, romance, and personal finance.
It will feature opinions from critics, authors, booksellers, librarians, and readers.
The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with enthusiasm for the work.
The job is based in New York City but is fully remote, with a starting salary of $72,000 to $75,000 per year and health benefits.
The start date is December 1, 2026.
